everything.They treat their employees as a slave,and they do a lot of micro management. No Job security,strict timings and they is no time for 5 mins relax also because prohance will show 5 mins ideal time and it will lock the system if u are in telephone call or in a washroom ....during lunch time 45 mins locked is fine...but 5 mins if we are in wash room or tea break it gets locked which is horrible not acceptable this much of micro management.salary also one of the major constraint. they pay very less salary....Read More

Management is rude they don't care about their employees. Appraisal and hike is poor, no matter what is written on offer letter you will not get hike or appraisal for initial 2 years. You will not get incentives if you do not have continues joiners every month. If you are late to login even by 1 second it will be consider half day. Only 2 late coming I allowed in a month.
