Self centered boss Mr. Mohit, only knows how to give lectures without knowledge or without taking efforts to know the truth, big follower of favoritism, he made someone our team leader even though she had least experience in the field only because he liked her. Even if you join this company keep things clear like your job profile, timings, way of work, be open with your thoughts or else he will not spare any chance to pounce on you.
