Naukri is a brand value and they really provide good service to their clients, so it will be easy for someone to work who is passionate about their work in sales

Dislikes

Few of the managers are not good there. They take everything personal. They do gossip about you and they will judge you. They give target as per your calibre they don’t see that everyone is getting 8-9 hours only. If you achieve your target they will increase your target in the next quarter. There is too much pressure towards targets. If you are living away from your hometown it will be tough for you to manage work life balance. There is no flexible hr policy where you can work from home for few days atleast. Managers will treat you as an employee only, they will never understand you or your situation....Read More
