There is lack of proper planning, communication, transparency and proactive approach to prevent or resolve issues in time within the HR dept. Partiality and prejudice is rampant in the dept. Great ideals advocated by Sr. Mgt. HR for overall success of the organization are not implemented at all within the HR dept. Good team practices such as holding weekly or monthly review mtgs. with team members to understand employee concerns is completely missing. No training needs identified for career devpt. and skill-enhancing of team members....Read More
