The salaries offered are on the lower side compared to the market trends, usually offer upto 10% above the existing CTC. The increments offered are not satisfactory if you are a high performer, usually range between 5-10% only regardless of your performance score. Transparency often lacks when the decisions have to be taken by the client (govt.) on policy matters.
