i like the way they give respect to the staff and the way they guide us .

the thing that i dont like about nalas aappakadai is they dony pay salary in time and they judge us .

ita was not that bad.but the main problem is even if we are the senior steward they use us in same level .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Simply waste after they taken thus company from father of nalas mr.ramesh... Now new owner came and his relative man mr.elavarsu and sambar master chef they cheating more and fraud work... Company now closed... No respect for true people.... ... Overall before real owner mr.ramesh great person ..

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
