Projects are really awful here and most of them are running legacy codes. The timelines given for tasks are mostly unrealistic and you will feel work pressure every single day. I personally think when will Weekend come right from Monday itself. You see there is no kind of work motivation you get here. All you are is just money making machine for the company and nothing else. People in my team works even till 1:30 am in the night starting from 8am in the morning. just keep writing API and also transform the legacy codes into current generation code which will again make things very horrible because of strict timelines and poor codes already being written by developers in the company

I love that I am a part of great team and great company , I get recognized for my good work . The company is open to new innovation , ideas and readily adopts latest technology and always welcome your new ideas. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

It don't dislike anything specifically about this company , but for freshers salary is quite low, as per market standards.

In my area of work , tasks are slightly challenging as I am a fresher and I have to go through everything with basic. I get recognized by my team for all of my effort , that's a very nice thing . It will be a great learning experience here

Work from anywhere culture provides a lot of flexibility to the employees. Also,the work culture is collaborative and relaxed, making it comfortable for the employees to give their best. The employees and managers are cooperative too. The opportunities of growth are good.

I joined nagarro 3 month earlier , as for career growth nagarro is a very good company as they provide better training and development . work life balance is good . salary on time. HR is always good to you and provide sufficient time to complete projects.

One of the excellent companies that I have worked for work culture, seniors. company policy, caring for employees everything is excellent. Having someone like Manas Fuloria at the top of management is a boon for any organization
