Free work culture, employee recongnition and best platform for self developement The leadership makes you feel at home and connects with you for addressing problems at work. opportunities to go offshore and visit/move to the US if you do a good job.

None- but you'll stay busy, so might be hard if you cant stay focused working from home.

myStartUpCFO isa great company which has a very positive, inclusive and suportive work culture. Also, to add on there is a very strong team collaboration, respect for diversity and focus on employee well-being.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
