For me this was first company.. For me I learn new technologies SAP system and new quality tips are used

Work Details

My work as a Sr. Quality inspector in press shop department. Our responsibility is inspection, stop rejection and analysis of rejection after shift . Report to senior in the case of any non- confirming product produces.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
