Good work culture in the company. but when we talk about management, they are not transparent they hide so many things from us. All other lower level staffs are helpful. They all like a family. I always enjoy their company.

Dislikes

First of all the management culture in organisation is not good. They hiding things from us. The biggest issue with my job is timing and salary. I start my job at 10am in the morning and finish my job at 10.30 pm in night. When we talk about salary so company did not pay salary on time and not paying according to work and timing. My experience related to my job is good. I have learned so many things from my store and customer. Because in the daily basis i meet out personally with many customers and talk about his/her choice related to apparels.
