EVERYTHING... This is unorganized firm. This is highly politically influenced company dominated by Females. Cash Flow is not smooth. Less sales since Pandemic, many experienced peoples left firm due to politics and job security reason. VP considering them as Owner - not working professionally. Doing only Timepass in company. They don't have prior experience/ knowledge of particular department. No proper training......Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
