Nothing supporting anymore , it's a field job , and company only wants their revenue , due to which all field staff directly go to consumers house to negotiate for bill payment . Company provides only Sanitizer .

No trained staff just do formality , No other facilities ( vehicle, less staff) and much more .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
