One can stay for long with this organisation, I have been here since last one year and so did not even feel , you be involved in work getting lot of learning opportunities.

Nothing to like about Mphasis. No support from the management what so ever.

Not even paying the Variable Pay which we are supposed to get. No salary increment for me since last 1 year and 11 months. No value for smart and hardworking employees at all.

Good Team mates with helping nature. Work from home in some projects.

Dislikes

Work Env and Politics Depends on your project. They don't have much projects. Some Senior people taking advantage by not doing work and putting work on others and Politics is there at their level. Not much HR and Manager interaction about the projects scope and Discussion on Work Env an d issues.

There are so many training programs being conducted. Lot of value addition.

Dislikes

No work life balance in CIO function. Teams expect all of the things to be fed to them. No self learning mentality. Not much documentation available regards to the Infrastructure in place.
