Haven't got a single development opportunity even after spending 10yrs in the company.. i can see they are ready to move a person from call center SD directly to server L3 profile... But, sadly.. i never got any opportunity being technical enough and learning a lot of things here.. just with a dream that i will be promoted to core technical team.. but, its sad too see how biased this company can be.. they are okay to teach what server is to a person who is from call center background.. but, they are totally not okay to give a person who has given a decade of service to the conpany and who actually has worked and gaind tech knowledge... Very sad and disappointing.. broke my heart as always.. and the companies internal training and certification.. all of no use.. they will do what managers think is right.. very biased and one sided... Very bad.. feel like i wasted my 10year career here...looking out already....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
