Likes

Only horizontal and no vertical growth. Top management are either Tamil speaking predominantly or Christian dominated biased people. No learning activities.

Dislikes

Policies, politics, groupism, no innovation. Lack of business understanding. Underestimation.

Work Details

I am a recruiter doing End to End recruitment since 2013. I joined Mphasis with a career aspiration but i see only one set or group of people growing. My job and responsibilities start from requirement gathering till onboarding of a resource.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
