Work environment at CSS, training programs for skill development and guidance from the manager/s on timely basis to achieve next level. Everybody was supportive including HR, Managers, team mates, so I personally liked working with such a nice organization.

Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.

No Growth Don't think to join it if you are from engineering background. Movate technologies services does not have IT culture and they literally follow the BPO work culture. Most of the managers and all people above manager are non technical and they does not understand the work that you do or you can do. Worst part is they neitherbehaviour is not good.Here the client is Google ...google is also worst company because they don't no how to treated the employees inside the company..
