I like there 5 days of working in a week, celebrating all the festivals, including employees birthdays also on time. And good time for break and for lunch. Good environment with nice colleagues. Who supports everyone for their growth.

Worst company. No work life balance and they treat you like machine. Also they have not given my full n final settlement amount.

It's owner is a fraudulent person. Iske pas employees ko dene ke liye paise nhi hai. He is a nikamma person who is just an expert in fooling people. I would suggest not to go for this fraudulent organization ever.

They won't pay your salary, won't allow to let you in and talk to the HR, The HR won't answer your calls and emails. The CEO is a Fraud. they do wage theft. They can ruin your professional experience all at once.

Worst Company, doesn't deserve a single star. They are wage theives. they do fraud PF deductions, haven't cleared my FNF while this pandemic. extremely inhuman management and the CEO.

In my 5 years of career span, i have worked for MTC for 1 year and i can very well tell you please do not work with them as they dont have any professional atmosphere on ground and nonwork life balance. Their working hours are pathetic as they would make you stretch for atleast 2-3 hrs daily.
