They Hire a candidate for Rs 10/- when he demands an increment they hire another candidate for Rs 10/- and replace the old one. No proper system of Work, Hierarchical definitions are very Poor, no faculty wants to teach in classroom every faculty wants to be in management. Nepotism is on peak no mater how you perform someone of no knowledge will arbitrate the quality and credit of system. Management want fish to fly and vulture to swim....Read More
