I was basically Back-end developer. I was recruited as Full- Stack Developer and was told that I will be given opportunity to groom in Frontend also. I was interested in learning front end technologies and that is the only reason I have choosen this offer. But for past one year, I am working on some random tool, where I am doing drag and drop only. I was from South and I don't understand Hindi. So, I was treated like I don't know anything. I couldn't even raise my queries because the problem is mainly from Upper management. No work life balance also. Even personal queries and problems will be understandable by Leads, only if I know Hindi. They tease us in Hindi. My worst decision of my life is choosing this company. For free transport also, we have to continuously ask for TT's daily. No career improvement. We have to learn by self interest....Read More

If you are working in banglore location last 1 year, and suddenly HR want to change your location from Bangalore to Mumbai, if any personal reasons,u said no , then HR not given u any other options ,then u have only two options you have to go to Mumbai location, or you should resign.
