I loved working in Mitsuba, It is very good place to learn about all automobile standards and how it works, due to Japanese MNC , people have benefit of getting jobs in Japan after learning N4 language level. In here you will deal with whole project from top to bottom , and managers are very supportive when we want to learn something, it’s good place to start career and improve knowledge.

Overall it mitsuba have very poor job security and salary appraisal, So people tend move from this company after getting certain experience, Due to its MNC employees have better opportunities outside competitors.
