I am going to celebrate my first work anniversary at Miles Education in a couple of weeks. Miles is one of the best place to grow by career and financially. Good management and Team. Mr. Varun Jain and Mrs. Meenakshi are the founders of Miles Education. At Miles I met the best leader , Mr Ravi T (CRO), our Mentor, Our Captain, a different personality, I am so inspired. We starting our day at Miles with Mr. Ravi T in PAN India meetings. He motivating us, encouraging the the team. He never miss a single chance to appreciate us. Big Brother.. My Chennai, Miles family, team members are helping each others to create success stories. Siva and Jackie are amazing leaders and very supportive GMs. So dedicated. Its been 6 months@ Miles. Time is flying. Miles is nice place to work and grow. My managers are helpful and always motivate. We work has team , I look forward to come office daily. looking to work for many more years.

Every company has its own pros & Cons. But if the working days are reduced to 5 days it will be great. However its depend on each induvial on how they take up the job & situation and how to handle the pressure.

Its been a great place to work. I am counselling for CPA & CMA courses . I am really happy that i could give counselling and make a change in few peoples life. Since these are career changing courses.

I had interviewed and was about to join but they provide 3X work as they think they are paying too much salary. They want senior to work 3 times as they are paying the salary I have asked. They do not even provide any relieving letter so never recommended anyone to join this organization.
