Its company where work life balance is completely negative. Your manager behaves with you like a god man and you are a slave for them. If you have health issue you can not take emergency leave your manager need proof for one day sick leave. Upper management is doing lots of thing to change the company but lower mangers such projectmanagers and service delivery mangers need to be change or else they will shutdown the company. The project i am working for is a one of best project of microland . When i was joined my mangers told me its rotational shift, they started changing the shift every day and weekly of started on week days and fixed week of for only certain employees who are closed to mangers. The shift are fixed for certain employees who are closed to managers and other has to work daily changing shifts...Read More

I will say Microland is a good company and senior management putting lots of effect to change the comany policy but Managers and SDM are putting company reputation in risk.
