Job security wise it's good. They don't fire any one unless you violate any non tolerance acts. Work culture wise its coming up but not so good. They still n

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The work environment is hopeless, they send you onsite and forget about you. The client organization treats the employees like they are doing some favor to you. Salary is never deposited on time. There is no provision for transportation or safety in work place for any shift. The HR team thinks no End of themselves.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
