I like the work the company does in the areas of rehabilitation, empowerment and disaster management. Also I haven’t seen many organizations that do the complete cycle of research, development, concept selling and marketing, all in-house. The top management team consists of doctors, engineers and professionals who are open and actively work for medical advancement and innovation. During my initial assessments I also was fortunate to be part of the concept selling team. This and subsequent assignments has given me invaluable experience and opportunities. While the company does all of research, development and innovation, management approvals may seem to take time. While this could be common practice in medical manufacturing, it can be a bit frustrating at times. Compensation is above industry norms though growth can be slow. Worklife balance has its ups and downs depending on work at hand with at least a couple of intense periods in a year.

I get to travel and interact with interesting experts the world over. A big plus is that my team and I get to meet and have engaging interactions with key decision makers in the medical sector.

For sales, vindictive people create problems in the market and that's irritating. Company has had strict attendance policies but are more flexible once you perform well.
