There is nothing to like the staffs are player they play with employees regarding to salary.

1.They will not provide you salary fir your hard work I also didn't got my salary here so i refused to continue here and because of salary i didn't provided my code file to them they started deal to pay 50% only but i refused to give because i know that if will give them my code they will not pay my salary i offer them to pay 12000and then after getting the code file they will pay the rest of the amount and once a day he called me that why you are getting angry we will pay you till the march 31 and provide me a code then i will pay the rest of the amount he gave me 11900 then i have provided him the code when i said that to give me rest of the amount then he said that to do 7 april task first and remove the review from ambitionbox so why should i remove that i said that to give me till 6 of april salary and he ignores my messages and didn't replied. 2. Here he also dont have the knowledge of mobile application development.He frequently change the ui he will not provide you the figma design.They will not provide you even the right API even the main thing is that if you did work on some api for a particular screen on the very next day he will change the same api functionalities with UI also and this happens in a continous way after seeing such a thing providing you a wrong api many times he will scold you for that and blaming you that its your fault but its the fault from backend side. 3. After a sudden changement in the 4/5 api and 4/5 UI screen after 2/3 hours remaining of closing time of office he wants the lot of task to be complete within a day and if you refuse to donit and saying that i will complete it for tomorrow he will threat you that he will terminate you from the job and also he will delay you salary he will cut your salary of 2/3 days and all the things i have suffered already so i shared my experience here. If recommend that not to work here they are very cheap very illmanner peoples with no knowledge of development the persons who wants a code in one time with a desire output with no bugs then its not deserve the software development company tag.Coding is all about 10% writing and 90% realoving and finding bugs and he wants bug free programming....Read More
