I can say only one thing I like about GOSC now a days is company building and its diversified employees.

Company mid level management is very insecure, it seems they have just reached at their position being a tenure employee or with required experience or strong reference. And this is the reason they keep themselves disconnected. There is no transparency at all which is very suffocating. They hire in very less salary</mark>....Read More

Its pathetic due to shifts timing and management rigidity.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
