Management is good, they always try to improve not only the organization but also, employee satisfaction, and work culture. The organization is great, Management is also is deep thinker, but the people in between higher and lower-level management, injustice with some people. many of the employees get benefited from Voluntary retirement, as they of having no use with institutions, but those who did take a lot of effort, do not get benefited.

Work Details

I am an incubation coordinator and assistant professor in the Mechanical Engineering department at one of the engineering institutes belonging to MGI.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
