The reason iam working in this company is because almost this company conducts a government project that why iam satisfied for example 400/220/132KV project Rayadurg Gachibowli it will be remember for a hundred years like Kameshwar project also.👍

Dislikes

The management is not proper and doses not give proper instruction to the superiors engineers doesn’t give monthly reports they waist a lot of material, they don’t follow instructions. They will do as they like. Engineers don’t give correct answers when auditing people come having said that, there are many more.👎

I likes the most is their environment and team and lot of things there to learn always they wants you to make skilled, I worked here approx 2 yr as a Civil engineer and learn a lot of things about my field .

They treat engineer employees as labour. All the head staff will be MD relatives , or friends , most politics occur in this company If you raise your voice they terminate with out your notice No job security, in September more then 3000 members are terminated with out information and settlement

Company is Good, Promoters are also goo, but reporting authorities are big problem, they feel they are god and they are taking care of our families, as if they are paying salary. Lucky to get placed in Megha Engineering, but lucky enough to continue for 1 year, ultra luck for 3 years
