There is a lot of politics. CTO has his favourite 5 folks who dictate the future of everyone and they keep getting promoted every year. No clear career growth, until you become smoke buddies with CTO. Product team ha reached it’s max limit of copying from other companies so basically no new projects, just KTLO

The worst part is point number one seniors are very toxic. Nobody is going to help you here. Zero work life balance. I go to the office at 10:30 AM morning and I come at night 9 PM some regularly. That’s how the work culture is here and it’s very normal to work that that period of time plus you have to take your all your blames, so it’s not very good place to work for. Good for learning, getting responsibilities and doing work beyond your years of experience. Workload can vary according to teams and projects.

Very poor job security- teams get dissolved at will, people promoted in previous cycle asked to leave in the next cycle. Culture has drastically nosedived- all driven by whatever CEO says, no one in the leadership team has a voice. CEO has unrealistic expectations which no one can fulfil. All great leaders bar 1-2 have moved on in the last 2-3 years.
