Got surprised that they are terminating people in probationary period. And they take whole months of time to join the candidate to fte. Company thought nothing once we come out we feel regret to work with organization as there is no skills to develop.

Existing employees are not welcoming, they think they're above everyone. They've no compassion and are like frogs in a well, they think the work here is of utmost complexity. Unnecessary processes and trackers. Absolute bs , so many levels of micromanagement, everything that you do is gauged and judged upon. There's no necessity but they've been doing it for no reason.
