Job security is good here, i am working as developer, and i learned a lot here, they are working in product, and company product is very good, and there is huge data, Learning is also good, the management gave access to work and use different tools and modules. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Even shop owner take care of his employees more than this company. Just one leave every month. No sick leave or anything. Designation doesn't matter in this company. Everyone salary is same either you're a developer or data entry guy. This more than 200 times before joining.

Dislikes

Nothing there's nothing good in this company, no new tools just basic and manual thing. All employees there are stuck due to some problem. They don't even provide tea. Only politics ,seniors are worst. No guidance just blame game. salary below average wage of a worker. You will never get any support from the company in hard time.
