Lots of dislike 1) Termination culture: even if single CX complaint co. Didn't even think twice and terminate employee no warning nothing even if employee past records are good they don't give 2nd chance so job is not secure even in area manager level any thing happen at your store and even if you are on leave they will not listen 2) Senior Management are very impatient they always in hurry to change things and expecting a instant result they change there price and design very frequent 3) no value of area Manager feedback they treat us like a machine they give command and we have to follow if you disscuss anything logical they start yelling at you they just do acting of listening 4) even if you get better appraisal rating but your pay scale will be less 5) Lenskart academy is gimmick...Read More

The Company HAS NOTHING which I can mention off, Mentioning the bad in the dislikes below:

1. Company has hired HR (Nandini) and bogus consultants for Talent hiring who want to close the position ASAP and do not even have time to provide interview feedbacks to even Industry EXPERIENCED candidates that why they have kept the hiring/candidate on HOLD. 2. Took 20 days to schedule one round of interview, took another 10 days to not even caring to revert the status/feedback of the interview round. Or any updates on further rounds. The HR and the consultants (MUSKAN and NIKITA) followed me like ghosts to take basic test to schedule the interview round (while I was occupied ), called me from 3 different persons to get it done knowing that I am busy - which I have informed of (I guess candidates these days too are like these HRs - ghost them). And the Company HR messages me almost at 1:00 am in the night to take test. WHOA!!!! can only figure out what an organisation PIYUSH BANSAL is running (have some mercy on your teams and us man).... 3. If this is the Company's HR department right now. I wonder what is their treatment with their employees who work with them. Can understand WHY LENSKART has 2* ratings across the AMBITION BOX website. 4. I' wish I could provide a ZERO.
