The conversation around work hours in India is heating up! It started with Infosys founder Narayana Murthy advocating for a 70-hour workweek, followed by L&T Chairman S.N. Subrahmanyan, who went even further, suggesting a 90-hour workweek and wishing employees worked on Sundays too. It's good Organization, but lot of work load, when you joining the Marico, have to take good salary otherwise will not get increment on yearly.

Work and Life balance is not good ot of work who is working in 3p/2p sub contract manufacturing sites,they don't even get off on Sunday, will have to Manage work and personal life. Instead of corporate office all facilities are there even Saturday is also off day

Very good understanding of FMCG business. Sometimes pressure gets the best out of you. Good compensation. HR tries to engage with the team.

Dislikes

Not a good culture. Slow growth. Work life balance depends on your ASM. Rigorous reviews, sometimes it can be humiliating. Disrupted business at the moment. Market hygiene not being maintained. ASM driven, not focusing on employee growth. PDPs taken for namesake. Again, all depends on boss. Few ASMs were really good who focused on team work and employee growth.
