Old employees always let you down they feel unsecured if you become famous and No Space for new ideas and innovation they follow the old school system, HOD and managers are very political they never give you the opportunity for growth in terms of positions, Jugaad system more famous than ultimate solution, Self-oriented managers.

It's only my personal perception, it's being good with the company about work culture, management, policies except during Covid 19 pandemic situation.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics but if you are strict to your work every thing will be fine. But in exceptional situation like Covid 19 pandemic situation you will suffer by the politics as in my case I was suffered and no one is their to entertain your side even you treid 1000 of times. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
