There is lot of risk of Job every now and then the list comes saying that the people are not performing. There is not job guarantee and also very very less hike and incentives. Take your own decision while coming to this org. Here the senior manager at offshore gives us warning that if there is any miss from qa or defect leakage at client uat then we have to resign within 7 days.

Nothing.no extracurricular activities or team bonding parties nothing .

Work Details

I am working as a QA analyst from last 3 and half years and my frustration level is tremendous.who will be repsobilve if I got any problem due to the work pressure over here and who will pay it. Many of the onsite guys have gone due to pressure either.
