The work culture was good at the agents level.

Dislikes

Favoritism, no work life balance working hours extend as per the seniors no OT is paid. Since started working they paid salary less than the minimum wages act as we were in need no one questioned they just take it as benefit as there is no company in solapur. Toxic management which is affecting employees.
