We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

Product Policy and Senior Didn't interested for Secured lending just only focus on Mahindra Vendors dealers discounting of bills and try for his productivity...they didn't support collective team bonding ... recently lot of people put his resignation from Mahindra Mahindra Finance

Excellent place to work who is willing to continue in one place till retirement, work life balance is very good. Good place to work at later stages of carrier.

Dislikes

Process are too stiff, no one ready to take ownership, just working like passing the ball, once worked in MF difficult to go in market in terms of work standards.

I Anant Kumar Srivastava was employed in Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, Kushinagar from 2008 to 2023. I was working in the company with full dedication and responsibility. I worked in the company for 15 years, whatever role the company gave me, I performed it with responsibility and always tried to perform well. I was never a non-performer during my working days. I used to report to Mr. Rakesh Pandey who was my manager, like every area manager and educative of his area remains troubled. By making false allegations against me, I was transferred 500 km away from my home location, including mmfsl HR Pawan Gupta. Due to the distance being too much, I tried a lot but the transfer was not stopped. I started trying for a job in my company, reporting that when I asked Mr. Rakesh Pandey, wrong feedback was given, due to which I could not get a job anywhere. I tried to join the company again for about 6 months but Hr. Pawan Gupta and Rakesh Pandey are not letting me return to the company. Somehow, after everything was finalized in Mahindra Finance in Haryana state, I was stopped due to Rakesh Pandey's feedback. I went to Pandey ji's house and held his feet and apologized that please forgive me for whatever mistake I have made so that I can build my future, but this HR Pawan Gupta is misusing his position and playing with my career and life, due to which I am not able to see any other way now. Humanly treatment as compared to peers. Depends on stage of life...if young and restless then don't come. If want everything quick and fast then don't come. This is an elephant and won't die due to it's slowness. The agility is missing but it will live long and grow slowly. If you can adjust then only come.

Every policy is the worst. All the employees are made to join on off roll but there is no policy to make them on roll, there is no fixed time for coming and leaving, office timing is from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm but you have to come before time and at closing time you have to come at 8 am and there is no fixed time for leaving.
