Worst place to work coz the one who all are superiors always keep judging and it is not a good place to work. I'll really not recommend anyone to work over there. In very less salary they will keep pushing us to work more then our actually limit.

No planned work. Always fire fighting work senario. Always meeting on evening 5/6-8. Every Friday evening you will receive urgent work. Most of immediate reporting boss first organisation is Mahindra, so don't have knowledge of handover work to new joiners (backup files relevant to the task).
