It is not easy because there is banquet very busy always long soft. Hard plaining long hours stress, back to back functions. As my side i give best ever in every situation. So thanks to mahagun sarovar portico....

1.there is a training manager but no training about f&b service for f&b staff.I did my job in mahagun sarovar portico 3years only one time gave training for f&b staff by sanjay singhaniya. The duty would be on sifts

I started my career as assistant steward. So much work in for me and I did my best ever with my loyalty and honesty. After three years I promate as trainee captain in April 2019.but some dissions of management was not so good. Than I was resigned.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
