Working environment is good.you feel free to work here.but the major disappoint tning is management does't having transparency with employees.they are only discuss about the work only nobody think about the employees.what they want. As of you know about the circumstances of current situation at that time company only taking the decisions for own growth. Nobody think about the employees survivel in this situation.some people in management can't take the responsibility to take answer of the employees questions.this is very disappoint thing is here....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
