Company work culture is unstable, lots of organization wide meetings, too much transparency , unnecessary pressure but no proper work. Too much idealism, unnecessary pressure specially on new joiners. Laying off with proper reasons.

Maersk is a company with very good values. However, it depends on how much the management give the value to its own company values. In India, I did not observe management giving so much values to its own company values.
