As a fresher you can learn how actually system works in an Automotive Industry.

Dislikes

Some Managers never help you, all they want is that the work to be completed. Timings are not there purchase people only login time is there. Even if you work extra hours they neither pay you nor do they appreciate you.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I also like employees re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is nothing, growth is slow. work presure is very high. I have to attend vendore calls in the evening and sometimes late night. Manager do not value an individual s, unique strengths, i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. There is no on job training for fresher. Some times i have to work 14 to 16 hrs straight in a day. There is no to travel permission for interstate vendor visit. There is no lenious for individual work....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
