Local Senior management, in india, not coming up with strategic solutions to grass root level problems and just busy in posting fancy messages/posts/videos, arranging too many events, not having business driven mindset. Most of the strategic changes driven by Sydney head office which ideally should have been initiated by indian senior mgt/directors who are enjoying high paid jobs and love doing nothing productive and sensefull apart from arranging calls and sharing things which middle level mgt already aware of....Read More
