Excellent place for women. Work flexibility and even the supervisors were very helpful always

Nothing .....I stayed there for almost 6 years and my time spent was not at all stressful. Excellent work life balance.

They have very week tie ups with consultancies they won’t pay salary in time every month.

Dislikes

Consultancies tied up with the century link are very low grade once they don’t even pay salaries on time every month

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
