I don't have a particular to say about entire company but the project where i am working is where satisfied more.

Dislikes

As many comment promotions and hikes are major blockers and a lot of engaging activities like sports, Individual account or team meets has no where to see.

Extremely delayed appraisals without much communication from leadership / HR. Low %age hikes and hardly any correction compared to industry standard for long staying employees (5+ years). At times work pressure is too much.

HAve been part of the LTIMindtree from past 3 years and so far its been a wonderful journey. they are trying to bring policies to balance work and personal life in a better way. most of the policies are employee friendly. have been supportive especially during covid times. so far i would say its a good ride and not a roller coaster ride.

for the resource who are part of the company from a long time they tend not to give promotion and salary hike as per the industry standards which i think is a major drawback if they want to retain talented and key resources in the company who can directly influence client to bring more project and resources

There are some likes if not none for learning opportunity by applying to courses.

There is a lot to dislike. The promotions are really bad. Compensation to work ratio is very poor and you will always feel under paid. You can sell samosa and earn more than working here. The managers know that you should be promoted and your compensation should be revised but they will not do it.
