You will get salary monthly, no jib security toxic work place, managers threatens us, there is no concept of 90 days notice period for any reason if manager decides the next day they will terminate you with out Amny prior intimation.

Dislikes

I worked for one year and Biased management, threatens us everyday no job security l, once you resign for any reason you will be asked to leave the Company on the same day, no job security, HR's communication is rough and unprofessional. Biased culture and workplace politics and toxic environment.

1) Work culture is so bad post merged Mindtree into LTI where micromanagement peaked, specially with PMO’s became toxic. 2)for billing they ask you to convert your skill irrespective of core background.. 3) won’t get any benefits and medical is another joke (you need to get sick for min 3days to avail)also appraisal is a big joke, projection vs implementation no comparison. 4) avoid this company who are planning long term association. 5) practise units will bug you all the time for project info tools/implementation from multiple resources. 6) normal employee can’t reach leadership if any problem, but if they want something from you need to join even if you are on client work. 7) HR people are the worst they behaviour costing company reputation and unresponsive all time.( don’t expect any transparent comm) 8) hire n fire 9) new performance criteria rule on appraisal where 50% project other 50% non project. To get good hike % be a sidekick to practice units apart from delivery performance....Read More

The work related life really worried me. They hired me for technical and gave me document related stuff. Actually they don't care about your role for which they hire you. Join the company at your own risk.
