As contractor you are made to feel like outsider. Have to improve food facilities. Some team members were behaving antagonistic and condescending towards others. Team leaders don't even have the decency to take their fellow employees to a private room while talking in a criticizing manner. Praise in public and criticize in public. Simple things they do not know.

The benefits are very limited as compared other competitive companies and does not provide basic privileges such as outings, team activities etc. Variable pay breakdown is not transparent and highly unmotivating due to unfair work performance evaluation. Furtherly, the management is unbothered by unfair work life balance.
