Nothing to like about it. You learn nothing here. My humble request to all who want to join, please think once again before joining. Even if you sit at home, you can learn something or the other but here nothing.

Dislikes

Not a good company to work on. I'm not saying because I didn't like it. People joined the company with me or before say the same, soon after joining you will realise. Please don't join.

Wasted my 1 year working here , Initially I didn't know when I joined. I realised soon after joining. Nothing to learn and you will have mental pressure and the Salary is absolutely damn worst.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
