I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Very bad. They even not like to pay the salaries. Deposits of 1 month will be eaten by the management. Very sad. All teachers had lost almost 1 month of the salary. Now you have to work with 30% salary!
