The corporation has given us a very good working enviornment & culture.Management has been very supportive and transparent.In every 5 years, there is a salary hike which has been better than banks.Corporation's policies are good and appraisals are almost fair.

In every cadre , time period for promotions is very long.In some cadre it is 9 to 12 years.

Direct recruit and promotee divide.....preferential treatment to direct recruit officers.....perhaps coporate policy. In the marketing side there is imbalance in work-life.
